Day trips (no overnight stay) will be subjected to a 50% surcharge (fee based on performance package). Client shall shoulder cost of service van rental, driver's fee, toll charges, gasoline as well as snacks and meals taken during the trip. _______________________________ • With Overnight Stay - Out-of-town engagements with overnight stay will be charged double (fee based on performance package).
