A.) Day trips (no overnight stay) will be subjected to a 50% surcharge (fee based on performance package). Client shall shoulder cost of service van rental, driver's fee, toll charges, gasoline as well as snacks and meals taken during the trip.

• With Overnight Stay - Out-of-town engagements with overnight stay will be charged double (fee based on performance package). Client shall shoulder cost of airfare, airport taxes, transfers, hotel accommodations, and meals during the trip.

* Premium dates – Event falling on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1, and weekend before and after Valentine's Day will be charged double our performance rates.
